How do you ensure an allergen-free environment?
First of all, we ensure that our products are free from egg, dairy, peanut, tree-nut or seeds. We have also researched every product that enters the bakery, to ensure they are not made in environments that contain any of the allergens of concern. We have product information sheets on each ingredient in use.
In addition to this, we complete regular testing on raw products, equipment and finished products to ensure they are free from the allergens listed. Because we live with allergen sufferers, we are vigilant in ensuring that the ingredients we use, and the products we make, are free of allergens.
